Dickman Farms is a fifth-generation, family-owned business located in the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York.
We have over 18 acres of modern greenhouses, specifically designed for the efficient production of high-quality liners, which are sold to fellow growers. Like many greenhouse enterprises in business today, our roots in agriculture date back to 1903, when we established a commercial truck farm.

Over the years, the transition to "indoor farming" occurred gradually, until the mid-1980s, when we converted to 100% greenhouse growing.

We are proud to have maintained an exclusive supplier relationship with Ball Horticultural Company since 1979 and have been a member of their Rooting Station Network since 1997. What began as a few hundred thousand annual liners then blossomed into an extensive line of over 20 million units of specialty garden annuals, geraniums, and garden mums shipped throughout North America today.

Our dedicated growers, production staff, shipping staff, and office personnel are committed to providing you with well-rooted, well-branched, and toned plants shipped on time. Over 90% of the products we grow are delivered on our own temperature-controlled trucks.

Retail

Dickman Farms Garden Center is a large enclosed retail space with a newly renovated exterior nursery yard. The Garden Center takes great pride in offering its customers quality plants in a naturally beautiful shopping environment. The beneficial relations between wholesale and retail helps to ensure that Dickman Farms Garden Center provides our customers with a large selection of unique varieties of plant materials, "Fresh from the Greenhouse."

Dickman Farms Garden Center offers a number of educational events and workshops throughout the year that inspire gardening and home beautification.
