What forms of payment do you accept?
Dickman Farms Garden Center accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted with a register receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. All sales are final on all plant materials with the exception of our Tree and Shrub guarantee.
Returns within 15 days of purchase: We will gladly issue a cash refund for any item(s) returned within 15 days of purchase with a register receipt. A refund can only be issued to the original credit card or debit card used for purchase. Any item purchase made by a check that has not cleared the 10 business day waiting period may be refunded as a store credit. Any purchase made by store credit or gift certificate will be refunded a store credit.
Returns within 30 days of purchase: We will gladly issue a store credit for any item(s) returned within 30 days of purchase with a register receipt.
Can you deliver my purchase to my home?

Do you deliver bulk mulch and/or bulk topsoil?
Dickman Farms Garden Center will deliver bulk mulch and/or topsoil to your home for an additional charge. Please contact us directly at (315) 253-3030 Ext. 1 for further information.
What services do you offer for landscape contractors purchasing at your Garden Center?
Dickman Farms Garden Center has established landscape contractor program. We would be pleased to discuss with your landscape company the benefits of purchasing your plants materials from Dickman Farms Garden Center. How frequently should I water?
Not all plants are watered the same way or at the same frequency. Please ask for information regarding proper watering. We recommend using a moisture meter for container gardens, potted plants and hanging baskets to help determine water needs. For newly planted trees and shrubs we recommend you attain information from the planting instruction sheet, which is provided when, you purchase the tree or shrub.
Do Gift Cards have an expiration date?
Dickman Farms Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
I lost my Gift Card. Can you replace it?
Dickman Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Lost or stolen Gift Cards are non-replaceable.
How can I order a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased at the Garden Center during Garden Center hours. You may also purchase a Gift Card by credit card via the phone or online. The Gift Card will then be mailed to the designated address of your choice. Dickman Farms is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Card.
Who would you recommend for installing my landscape materials?
Dickman Farms Garden Center has established good working relations with many of the regions landscape contractors. Since each customers needs are different, please contact us directly so we can better assist you in locating a contractor. Dickman Farms does not “endorse” any particular landscape contractor.
What is Dickman Farms Garden Center tree and shrub guarantee?
You must save all receipts and tags. Trees and shrubs are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Trees or shrubs that fail to survive, showing no green growth, will be replaced at the original purchase price or a credit will be issued for use toward another plant selection. No cash refunds will be given.
The Tree and Shrub Guarantee will be honored only with the submission of all the following:
- Register receipt (Canceled checks and credit card statements are not acceptable.)
- Plant tag
- The plant in question (If you are unsure of plant status, please call us prior to digging it up.)
Replacement of any tree or shrub tagged with the "Pennsylvania Pride 3-Year Guarantee" must follow the same guidelines as above, including submission of the 3-year guarantee tag.
Perennials, roses, groundcovers, foliage, clematis, water plants, ornamental grasses and bedding plants are not included in the guarantee.
Damage from storm, collision or animals or plants left in containers above ground during winter months will not warrant replacement.
