The repetitive, consistent nature of this pastime can sooth and help to guide you to a state of relaxation not unlike the effects of yoga or meditation. It is also a great creative outlet that both stimulates and focuses your mind. Learn to form chains, slip knots, single and double crochet techniques, color changes and how to tie off as you Crochet your way to a simple scarf.
11am – In Person Class. Limited to 10 participants. $25 registration fee per person includes supplies needed including acrylic yarn in two colors, Crochet hook and design instruction.
