So, what could be better than joining trainer Lisa Wellington from Symmetry Wellness Club amongst the plants and flowers for a mat-based Pilates Class?
Lisa focuses instructing to all levels on stabilizing the core and strengthening the total body! Attire should ideally be form-fitting but with comfort and flexibility in mind. Mats provided or bring your own.
